I grew up in the beauty of the Mohawk Valley in Utica, NY. From 17-28 years of age, I ventured around the country living in Michigan, Maine, Albany, California, NYC and North Carolina before returning to my hometown to build a life around family and friends.

For the past 20+years, I have worked in public education. Throughout my career, I have developed incredible relationships and learned a lot about myself and others. I enjoyed a trusted career within the community and with the people whom I serve.

For the past 17 years, I have had the blessing of building a referral based esthetics business serving some of the most dynamic and inspirational women in our community.  I aspire to expand my practice into the field of holistic health.

Over many years, I have been fortunate to experience the benefits of therapeutic massage, physical fitness regiments, acupuncture, Reiki, spiritual healing, Yoga, herbal remedies, teas and tinctures, essential oils, professional skin care treatments and regiments, sound baths, sauna therapy, chiropractic health, aromatherapy, nutritional supplements, physical fitness, mind, body, spiritual music and readings and spiritual practice.

I am happily married with dogs.  I love the elderly, nature, spirituality of any kind, old photographs, country rides and boat rides, inspirational music, plants, vegetables and kindness.
