I am a young South African trying to navigate my path through life. I value my health and happiness and aim to educate myself as best as I can so that I can look after my mind, body and soul as well as my loved ones. I think society takes nature and its healing powers and wonders for granted. I aim to connect myself and like-minded people to the roots of our planet.
