Hello, my name is Autum. My husband and I have three amazing sports active children. When we aren’t busy watching them play or hauling them to wherever they need to be, we love spending time outdoors. Nature is our happy place. I also teach yoga part time. Nutrition and health are very important to our family. I am really looking forward to learning more about a holistic approach to living!
