I liked having the exercises to begin practicing mindfulness right away and having/practicing simple techniques to help reduce stress. I’m looking forward to learning a lot more. I will go for a walk tomorrow to collect birch and white pine branches, pinecones, and interesting objects from nature to use in Christmas decor.
