Thats great Janine, I made a choice not to be out in the high heats this summer, when normally I would give it a second thought. And I am making sure to eat more fruit and get more sleep.

And honestly I really feel everyone can benefit from what we are learning, especially new parents and people who care for other people for example elderly parents or those with life challenges.

I’m making and using herbal tinctures, salves, lotions, and recently bought a device to make supplement capsules. This ensures knowing exactly what is in each formula. I’m soon to be 62 yrs old and take no prescription medications. I just had my annual exam and labs and my NP said everything looked great. My labs were all WNL. I try to educate family and friends in eating a whole food diet, exercise, avoid as many chemicals as possible to live a long healthy life. I recently completed another online course through another site on herbalism and continue to educate myself as much as possible. My only regret is not doing this sooner in life.

Hi Jacquelynn! It’s great to see you engaging with the topic of cell structure. Understanding how our cells function can really impact our health choices!😊
Personally, many people find that learning about cell health leads them to make changes in areas like nutrition and exercise. For example, some might increase their intake of antioxidants through fruits and vegetables, which can support cellular repair and function. Others may start incorporating regular physical activity to enhance circulation and overall cellular health.
If anyone has specific changes they’ve made like adjusting their diet, trying new supplements, or focusing on hydration it would be wonderful to hear about those experiences! Sharing the results can provide valuable insights and inspiration for everyone on their wellness journey.
Thanks for starting this conversation!
