    So a few days ago I posted about a course that I paid for but that was missing in my account. Turned out that I wasn’t the only one. Today I suggested it might be a good idea to use the money-back-guarantee and some time later I received new login details and an email stating that I was granted access to the course. Well……. I wasn’t because Naturpathy Practitioner is still missing (not enrolled) and I’m still unable to enroll in both free introduction courses I mentioned. I wonder if the person that handled my email really understood what I have written? And I wonder why the topic that I started about the missing courses was deleted. Other topics about missing courses are still available, so why was my topic deleted?

    I enrolled into the Naturopathy Practitioners course as well. It isn’t missing, though I do keep getting kicked out of it. It is extremely discouraging.

      Yes, definately very discouraging! I’m about to give up and ask my money back, because I don’t have the energy to spend on this kind of issues, feels like I’m wasting my time.

      I’m doing the same course and it is kicking me out as well. I have to go back to the beginning. Very frustrating. But the course content is great!

    I have done many courses thru them and to be honest I have never had any problems at all. Have you tried logging out and logging in on a different system. Sometimes safari is a problem, sometimes phone apps can be. I found going online w google on my mac works beautifully. No lags or issues. Even my tablet works well.

    any way I am sorry for your experience but I hope they fix it for you because the education you will receive is honestly tops. It really is that good.

      On my laptop with Chrome it says I’m not enrolled and the app says the same. Logging out and in again didn’t help. I received an email that I was granted access (to Holistic Health Practitioner I guess, which I already had access to) and my password got changed. So I think there’s more to it than just logging out and in again or some browser issues. Besides the “we’re sorry for the delay” some kind of explanation would also be nice.

    My art therapy course appeared that it was missing from my dashboard. I had to actually go into to the courses and find it. Then I saw all the ones that are actually included in what i paid for and once i started it, it shows up on my dashboard

    Today customer support has taken care of all my issues, so now I am enrolled in all the courses I paid for (including bonuses) and in the free introduction courses I requested.

    Let the learning experience begin!

    Hello Betty, I have the same issue. I paid for the course and they charged for something else that I am not aware of. Can you please share the email where you were able to get in touch with them and get an answer? Thank you
