I work as coach in different areas. As a sport coach I help athletes to improve the performance or just to continue to train with results. As a health coach I co-develop a method called “Health in Movement” the combine art and mindful movement; this program is mostly for women who want to start an internal transformation

I am an artist as well and in that role I participate in many exposition in Europe.
