I am a mom, a veteran, a recent graduate student and a business owner. I wear many hats, but I love what I do and appreciate where my journey has been so far. I have a passion for natural health and healing through my wellness business that I have founded in 2020. For over 4 years I have brought my passion to life by hand curating products such as CBD Balms, tinctures, essential oils, candles, skincare, herbal blends and scrubs. I sell my handmade products online through my website, and various platforms such as social media. I also attend monthly local vendor events in Phoenix, AZ or even in Los Angeles and surrounding cities. I have such a strong passion for my business and I am in pursuit of learning further about natural medicine and alternative healing modalities. I have done my own research with natural healing many years ago through reading and self research but I want to further expand my knowledge. My plan for the future is to build my business with certifications in the field of wellness and coaching because there is so much to learn.

As a recent graduate in the psychology field I want to take what I learned as a therapist trainee and psychology major into the field of natural healing and wellness.
