My name is Logan House and I the proud owner and operator of House Fitness LLC. Over the years I have gained a passion for fitness, health, and the importance of taking care of your body. I graduated from UNC Pembroke in 2019 with my bachelors degree in exercise physiology/kinesiology. I am also a certified personal trainer, as well as a certified nutrition coach. I am eager and ready to push myself and my business to the next level and change as many lives as possible along the way.
