In the final year of my PhD program in psychology. Looking at incorporating holistic treatments without the need for pharmaceutical intervention. Additionally, I will be spending the next year incorporating the holistic and naturopathic activities learned here into my own life while tracking the changes I see in my health. This will allow me to research and record my physical changes for future reports and publications.
