When I was a little girl, I was blessed with being able to spend a lot of time with one of my grandmothers. She was Choctaw and Cherokee and taught Native American Medicine by her mother. I have always wanted to carry on the passion to help others that my Grandmothers showed in producing remedies for family and friends. Although it has taken this long, my passion is stronger than ever. I am excited by the re-emergence of time-tested natural ways of healing the mind and body. I desire to learn all I can and combine what I learn with the life I now lead.

I am the founder and CEO of Special Family Connection, a podcast and social media platform that provides positive news, information, and support to special needs families and caregivers. I have had over 45 years of working with and advocating for special needs individuals. Now with over 12 years of experience as a podcaster, writer, and public speaker, I am more passionate than ever about helping people who have physical and emotional issues.

As a mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend to special needs individuals, I have personal and professional insights into the challenges and opportunities that they face. I desire to use any skills and knowledge I acquire to help my family and sphere of influence as much as possible and spread the word through my podcast, Special Family Connection. I want to empower and educate my audience and clients on the Natural way of helping our bodies heal themselves and become healthier emotionally and spiritually.

I believe that by learning all I can about Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Herbal Remedies, and Healthy habits, I can help the special needs people I love, and the caregivers who give them all they have – sometimes at the expense of their own health.
