My name is Kenya. I come from a long legacy of healers. I am also apart of a multi-generational family of UCLA Bruin Alumni (my parents, me, and my brilliant daughter). I was accepted into UCLA as a Biochemistry major and formerly studied biochemistry for (4) years as a pre-med student until my grandfather transitioned, then I took all the classses UCLA offered in psychology and received my formal degree in psychology. In my time at UCLA as a pre-med student (and throughout my life) I have assisted in the delivery of (25) live births, (2) still births, cardio-thoracic surgeries, neurological surgeries with the world renowned Dr. Keith Black, over 1,000 extractions of GSWs, along with many other acute medical cases, including assisting with thousands of differential diagnosis for patients, family and friends. I am EXCITED for this continued journey of learning and healing!
