My name is Abby and I live on a farm with my husband and 4 kiddos in WNY. We provide a U-Pick sunflower experience to our surrounding communities and also raise animals and grow vegetables/herbs.

I’ve always been interested in the healing properties of plants – we love to forage and often dry things for tea. I have been wanting to make our own tinctures after experiencing healing benefits for ourselves.

I aim to learn everything I can through this course in hopes to plant more intentionally to provide options for my family.
