I am passionate about not only being healthy but making sure that my products, food, etc. are all natural and contain the best ingredients for myself, my family and my patients.   My family has been in natural grass fed beef cattle farming since 1881.  We believe that our beef should be raised as our ancestors did.  I am a true believer in slow food and detest fast food.  Fast food does nothing good for our bodies.  I have also been in the health and wellness space since February 2021.
