You will most likely find Erin Zimmermann in work boots and muddy clothes and her buttocks in the air taking care of her plants in the gardens.  When not occupied by the harvest, I work along side with my husband, three sons and daughter on our 430 acres and 70 head of Dairy cattle Farm. I am a self sufficient homesteader with many talents and never say no to learning a new skill. I don’t have much time for leisure but who needs leisure when you love what you do every day.
