I’m a wife and momma who knows the importance of holistically healing and prevention. God gives us the blueprint to be keepers and good stewards over our health. My goal is to equip myself with as much knowledge and certifications to be a resource to whomever is in need.

I retired myself from being a Licensed Practical Nurse after 9 years because my heart was not in conventional medicine, and I grew tired of the chains holding me back from truly helping people.

I had several natural, home births.

I have my certification in birth education, and I have started my doula certification, which I plan to pick back up when my youngest reaches a age where it is suitable for me to leave him in a loved ones care.

My journey is only beginning!
