I have a strong passion for promoting physical and mental well-being and constantly seek new learning opportunities to enhance my knowledge and help others. I am fascinated by the connection between the mind, body, and nature and strive to better understand it. I value attention to detail and quality and am proficient in various software programs essential to modern businesses.
In September 2023, I decided to advance my education and practice as a Health and Holistic Coach. I enrolled in new courses to broaden my knowledge and better support my clients. My teaching and training education has taught me the importance of empathy, emotional intelligence, and program implementation. I also hold certificates in Health Coaching and Organic Crop Inspection, which reflect my passion for wellness and sustainability.
Creativity goes beyond traditional art skills and can help clients understand their products better. By utilizing innovative techniques and writing persuasive content, I develop solutions to problems through my research and blog, leading to new methods and encouraging others to think outside the box. One of my projects, the “Photo Journal,” is a journal that enhances communication skills for people of all ages by improving their grammar, spelling, and ability to express themselves while boosting their confidence and creativity. This method can also help adults overcome trauma, learn new skills, and enhance communication.
As an English tutor with over two years of experience, I provide customized and engaging lessons to learners of all ages and levels. My passion for education and communication motivates me to use research and project-based learning styles to encourage my students to explore their interests and master English and other subjects. My Bachelor’s degree in Sociology provides me with a strong foundation in social and environmental issues and a worldwide perspective on culture and society.
In 2012, I opened the first farm-to-table restaurant in San Miguel de Allende, De Temporada. The restaurant was built from sustainable materials and featured a sustainable, seasonal, and local kitchen with reduced food miles on the menu. It became a seed place for many other places to use similar ideas, and many magazines have portrayed its unique concept, gaining national and international attention.
In addition to my holistic approach to food coaching, I have tutoring experience and work as a freelance writer and photographer.
