From a young age, I discovered the power of healing touch, relieving headaches and tension for friends and family. This innate connection led me to pursue formal training in massage therapy at Mount Royal College, where I mastered various techniques, including relaxation, therapeutic, pregnancy, child, and sports massage. Alongside this, my 2200 hours of training were completed while I balanced a career in the oil and gas industry. While healing is at the core of my practice, I’m also a heavy metal music enthusiast who finds joy in various genres. I embrace the vitality of movement through activities like heavy weight lifting, biking, and leisurely walks. Traveling is a shared passion in my household, and every adventure fuels my commitment to experiencing life to the fullest
