I have worked as a Social Worker and mental health and addictions clinician, outreach worker and advocate for homeless and our struggling population for many years.

I am building my own practice and I am now training in alternative medicine and many different forms of therapy and healing that include sound, music , somatic therapy, narrative and writing therapy, Ayurveda, herbal medicine and using ancient remedies, and kundalini awakening.
