I have always loved learning about nutrition and I read everything I can regarding mind, body health and fitness.

I became a licensed nutritionist and consultant 1984 in Garland, Texas
and worked for Great Earth Vitamins.
I managed and ran 3 different health food stores.

This has been a very rewarding journey, studying all types of supplements; vitamins, minerals, whole foods, herbs, and oils and the numerous ingredients and their applications.

I will continue doing so as long as I can help others and maintain my own health and possibly bettering
my physical health as I continue learning.

I am and have been a business owner and teacher for over 18 years. I’ve worked with kindergarten through 9th grade, teaching up to 33 children at a time. I taught a myriad of courses along with teaching literacy, speed reading, fluency skills and foreign languages.
I built lesson plans for children that were placed on an IEP plan.

I have experience as full-cycle bookkeeper/accountant and ran several audits.

I have a lovely family that are very supportive and will continue being so as I continue my ongoing pusuit becoming a Nutritional Practitioner. In doing so, I am hopeful in helping many more people in the near future.
