I go by the name Alexandra and I have over 10 years experience working with the musculoskeletal aspect of the body as a LMP. I am also a Certified Reiki 1 and 2 White Light energy worker as well as Life Coach. I am grateful to be expanding my knowledge here for Naturopathy and to administer alternatives with plant medicines to create homeostasis of the human being through balance and holistic intentions.

On a different note 🎵 I love to sing, practice yoga and pranayama (breathwork), I love hiking and camping, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and connecting with my community. I have (2) amazing children and am also a Banquet server. All is well and as it should be. I am grateful.
