Hi, my name is Luca Savazzi, actor, coach and entrepreneur, born and raised in Amsterdam and of Italian descent. With a combination of Dutch sobriety and Italian passion, I stand for creativity, freedom, adventure and growth. 😃

My mission is to help leaders, teams and organizations create a culture of trust and safety, in which everyone can communicate and collaborate with more self-confidence and authenticity. This leads to more creativity, innovation, freedom and adventure.

My unique combination of acting experience and business expertise enables me to coach in creative and authentic ways and to create tailor-made programs. I combine art, acting techniques, coaching methods and communication models to help people build a culture of trust, psychological safety and self-expression so that there is room for creativity, growth and innovation.
