Biography |
An art lover for as long as I can remember, I’ve always felt the pull to use creativity as a means for healing. I spent years working as a paint and sip instructor, guiding people to connect with their artistic side in a fun and supportive environment. But deep down, I knew I wanted to go beyond just creating art—I wanted to help people heal through it. Art therapy has always been my goal, but for too long, I let myself get distracted by the advice and opinions of others instead of following my true passion.
Now, at 30, I find myself at the beginning of my journey toward becoming an art therapist, but this time with more clarity, wisdom, and purpose. My experiences have shaped my understanding of the powerful connection between art and emotional well-being, and I’m ready to dedicate myself fully to helping others tap into that same healing potential.
