My purposeful work found me in 2017 when I began Life Enrichment activities. A few years later I was asked to be a live-in caregiver (2019 – 2023) for a friend of the family’s mom and earned my certification as a PCA.
I have been a life-long art expression card designer and creative journalist on my own “Leap of Faith” journey of life.
Currently, as a certified Life/Health Coach, purposeful work is assisting residents (independent and assisted living alongside memory care) with Life Enrichment activities: exercises, games, arts & crafts, singing, walks and Bingo!
