I am a Doctor of Public Health and a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I am retired from the largest law enforcement agency in the US. As a life long learner, I continue my studies whenever possible. I currently volunteer in our local hospital’s Emergency Department. I am an avid reader and hiker. Cancer didn’t kill me and I am in my 4th year of surviving and thriving. My greatest loves are my son and husband.
