I love nutrition and studying how food affects the body. I also am fascinated by how the body works in relation to God given substances like plants that can offer so much help to support a healthy body. I live in a rural area where many blue collar jobs still prevail and work at a local Farmers Market to help encourage people to eat healthy and shop local for the best source of nutrition. I have 2 children and 2 labs. Life is good.
