I am a Health Coach and mother. I have spent most of my adult life working in Health Care. In 2015 I decided to shift from business management to Health Coaching after my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Soon after her diagnosis, I found out I have Hashimoto’s. So, I started to focus all of my energy on changing our lives to regain health and happiness.

Health Coaching is now my passion! Although I work with clients with many different goals and conditions, one of my passions is autoimmune healing. My experience with autoimmune diseases allows me to support and assist my clients in navigating the massive amount of information and options available. I want to learn as much as I can about natural healing to support my clients in their healing journeys.
