A sudden decline in health prompted me to apply my research skills to my personal recovery. When conventional medical advice failed, I devised a strategy for healthy living centered on holistic wellness practices. By making simple changes to my lifestyle, eating habits, and using natural remedies, I’ve managed to regain my lost vitality and have continued my education in plant medicine, holistic wellness, and Ayurvedic nutrition.
I am committed to assisting others in finding strategies to maintain their wellness and am currently documenting thousands of uses for indigenous plants, natural healing remedies, and techniques for optimal health.
I study, collect, and create herbal tinctures, ointments, decoctions, and poultices from local plants, aiming to assist others in finding the ideal natural remedy.
When not teaching survival and life skills camps, I enjoy time with my children, pets, camping, motorcycle backroad journeys, and engaging with close-knit, like-minded communities and friends.
I am dedicated to conducting foraging and survival workshops in the wilderness, coaching individuals to be more self-reliant using plants for food and medicine. My goal is to empower people with lifestyle changes that can prevent, treat, and sometimes reverse chronic and certain autoimmune diseases.
