Biography | I have had an interest in Proper Nutrition since my 20’s. I started out buying books about nutrition, vitamins and minerals, fruits and vegetables also about herbs for health. I started changing my ways of eating and drinking the right things for my body to thrive. I felt way better eating the right foods and drinks. I figured out eating and drinking the wrong things were causing problems. I could feel and notice a difference in what foods I was eating and also certain things I was drinking. If you listen to your body carefully it will tell you what you eat and drink is the wrong or right ways. I sluffed off in my 30’s. I was tired, wasn’t sleeping good, I had brain fog, low energy… Just by eating the wrong foods and drinking the wrong drinks. I felt my health declining. I was really feeling at my worst by not caring about what I was taking in my body. I’m hearing about more and more people getting cancer more than ever before including my own family members that have passed away from having cancer and doing cancer treatments. Thats not the right way to take the cancer away. You have to take in the right nutrients for your body to fight off diseases. I got back on track again changing my habits and continued to learn more about how important it is to eat right. Now in this day and age compared to what it was like years ago, it is Important to eat a Nutrient Dense Organic Diet. Now I have excelled in my ways of eating even much better on a higher level. Eat The Rainbow of fruits and vegetables. Watch out for Pesticides in Produce, watch out for Hormones and Antibiotics in meats and dairy, watch out for farm raised fish. Food should be raised the way nature is intended it to be raised naturally. That is called now days as Organic Eating. Also watch out for synthetics in supplements. Its best to take Plant Based Organic Supplements. Our food supply is full of foreign substances and chemicals that get into our bodies when we eat the wrong kind of food. Our bodies can’t fight anything off with these bad foreign substances in our food. So you have to make sure your food is clean by eating an organic diet that have the right nutrients for your body to thrive and stay healthy. As you age your body starts to decline. So you have to eat the right foods to feel young and youthful. Vitamins and Minerals is the key focus. |
