Hello everyone! I’ve been in construction my whole life. Been conditioned to much for the 3d world we live in. Divorced now struggled with alcohol and was on anxiety depression and other problems. Now I’ve changed my thinking and where I put my energy, I’m sober almost 3 years meditate regularly, I’m on no medication and living in the present. I have 4 children who I have such a strong and loving connection with. There’s no resentment or hatred in my heart. Looking forward to connecting with others and learning everyday, I want to be able to inspire, teach, learn and change peoples lives for the better.
