The body will heal itself if given the right tools.  That was one of the earliest lessons I learned during my 45 year career in healthcare as an RN, that took me from bedside to boardroom.  During that time I returned to school, working and attending school full time, to earn a Bachelors Degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and later a Masters degree in Public Administration with emphasis on data analysis.  After retiring I began my journey revisiting that early lesson that begins this paragraph.
