With a background in fine art, film production, Qigong and Eastern Theories, and a passion for integrative wellness, I began my journey to become an Idaho licensed professional counselor with Saybrook University in 2021. I hope to integrate holistic wellness, alternative medication support and creative and person centered theories to help clients heal trauma and learn how to navigate their lives the best way they are capable. I am also a trauma and domestic violence survivor.
