Eight years ago, after a six-year journey to reclaim my health, I became a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP) to support my family, friends, and community in achieving wellness. Now, six years later, I’m continuing my education to become a certified Naturopathy Practitioner. As a mom of many and a homesteader, I’m passionate about balancing busy lives with natural, sustainable health solutions and empowering others to embrace vibrant, holistic well-being.
