I am a multi-passionate creative who believes that creativity is not only good therapy, but also a divine connection to the world around us (past, present, future).

As a person living with multiple sclerosis, my creative outlets have proven to be effective tools in managing my mental and emotional health, as well as providing occupational and physical therapeutic benefits.

My long term goal, as an art therapy practitioner,  is to work with others living with chronic illness in order to encourage a fulfilling quality of life.
