I am a wife of 51 years, a mother to 2 grown children and a grandma to 2 grandsons.  In a nutshell I have been a massage therapist/bodyworker for 43 years and a health coach in one form or another for about 20 years.  I had a sickly childhood, lots of allergies which ultimately turned into fibromyalgia.  I have been mostly in remission for over 20 years and teach people how to be the owner of their own health.  I am a lifelong learner and believe that we were not put on this earth to suffer but to help others.
