The great outdoors, animals, hiking & camping, swimming & sunbathing, Yoga & Pilates, art museums, phantom gourmet – these are a few of my favorite things!

My career before corporate America was varied and full of adventure!  During High School I was a Hot Walker and Exerciser for the Barrera Brothers stable at Belmont race track.  I also did dog grooming and worked as an aide on a thoroughbred horse breeding farm, where I got to witness the birth of several colts.  I thoroughly enjoyed (and still do) trying new things – one of my most bizarre experiences was apprenticing with a taxidermist.  Later, I bartended for several establishments in Queens and eventually managed a bar in Brooklyn.  While in college, I taught pre-school and pre-kindergarten and counseled in a rehabilitation center.

My first experience with Corporate America was when I joined Tech Data Corporation located in Clearwater, Florida.  Throughout my decade long career at Tech Data, I held a variety of positions, consisting mainly of marketing and distribution operations, technology, business analysis, and project management.  With each new role came increased knowledge, experience and responsibility.

After leaving Tech Data and relocating to Massachusetts, I joined Liberty Mutual Insurance in Boston.  During my career at Liberty I held a variety of leadership positions across multiple business units and functions, including Sales Administration & Compensation, Financial Systems, Information Technology, Commercial Insurance Underwriting, Lean Transformation, Executive and Investments Compensation, Global Total Rewards and Talent Enablement.

I am looking forward to retiring from Corporate America at the end of 2025 and pursuing new opportunities!

I hold a BS in Business Management and a MS in Managerial Leadership from National Louis University, and am a certified Project Management Professional, through the PMI organization since 1999.  I am also a certified yoga instructor, actively teaching at CRUNCH fitness club in Braintree, MA and hold the Treasurer and Property Management positions for the Alpine Lodge Condominium Association in North Woodstock NH where we plan to retire.
