I am a wife a mother of 2 beautiful daughters, 6 grandchildren and, 16 great grandchildren. I am a retired Cosmetologist and Salon owner. My passion has always been natural healing. Having gone thru some major health issues myself, I have a library of books on health. I have taken the course thru the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and have a certificate as a health coach. My focus and concern is to help people thru their health issues and get back to optimal health by using natural remedies and making better lifestyle choices.
Knowledge is power, therefore, I want to educate in order to help as many as have the desire to learn, and make those choices to have a better, and, fulfilling healthy life.
