I’m 48yrs old. Born and raised in Kansas. I’m am Aries.  I moved to Southern MO when I was 26, and just moved back to KS at the end of April.  Currently in the process of a divorce.

I have worked in the food service industry since I was 20yrs old.  Cooking is a passion.  I want to start incorporating a more holistic approach in my cooking. I was also a caretaker for like 15yrs too, for an older gentleman. So I also have medical knowledge. And I want to learn a more holistic approach to it too.

I am also doing this to not only help me on my path in life.  But I also want to help other people achieve the best versions of  themselves too.
