Greetings from North Wales, where I lived on the sea front and swim all year round. The sea has amazing health and wellbeing benefits. It’s my happy place.

I am a Poet and a part time Writing for Wellbeing Practitioner plus a Creativity Coach. I am also a carer for my husband, and advocate for him and 3 of our adult children who have a rare disease. I co-admin a large carers group on Facebook for people looking after family and friends suffering from the disease. 

Many years ago I trained as an aromatherapist and reflexologist but I didn’t practice long due to family commitments, but I am very interested in furthering my knowledge of health and nutrition, and would like to learn more. I look forward to getting to know you all better.
