Biography |
I am a professor of philosophy and theology, but I have always felt that my mission is not only to teach, but above all to help others. Life has led me down a path where I had to learn to help and listen to myself. I am grateful that it was so. After thirty years, I had a bittersweet moment. There were serious health complications. Through the eyes of depression I looked into the future and the pain was unbearable. At the moment when I reached rock bottom, the EFT method crossed my path. I was sceptical. It all looked “too easy”. Even though I could hardly move from the pain, I tried some tapping sequences and the physical pain was significantly reduced. Then, step by step, I recovered mentally. I was so impressed by EFT that I started to practise it regularly. My health improved and I felt that EFT was a tool that not only helped me… I wanted to share my experience and help others. Since 2015 I have been training in this field and I am happy to combine the knowledge I have gained with my other love – intuitive imagery.
I lived in Slovakia for several years, where I worked with adolescents and children with special needs. I organized various events, creative art workshops and EFT technique presentations for companies.
I really enjoy individual tapping as it is the only way I can really focus on the client and help them to safely and gently free themselves from limiting beliefs, traumas, fears, etc.
EFT is not just a technique, it is much more! It is a tool that helps us on the path to ourselves, to depths we didn’t even know existed. It is an outlet when we need it and for me – a way of life. I would like to combine EFT with art therapy and offer my clients much more. So here I am 🙂
