Hi, I’m a recovering elementary school teacher and mother of 5 grown children, well almost all grown. I still have 1 teenager. I  am a lover of research, am addicted to anything that sparks my interest and always willing to get creative. I have a reputation for delving into anything nutrition/health related and probably should have gotten involved in natural health and functional nutrition in a professional capacity years ago!
