Linda Stout, CZT, has been with FirstHealth Community Health Services for eight years and is active with the Patient Family Advisory Council, Sandhills Opioid Response Consortium, Safe Kids Mid-Carolinas Region and other community outreach programs. As a Certified Zentangle Teacher, she guides others in exploring tools that may increase focus, creativity, self-confidence, and sense of well-being. Her lived experience fuels her passion for sharing methods to build resiliency.
