After working in the Mental Health field for over 15 years, I decided it was time to leave the rat race and put my own mental health first. I started farming in 2019 with a small organic family owned farm and never did I think I’d ever consider myself to be a farmer. I have always believed in the power of organic nutrient dense foods and being able to provide such food to the community has given me more joy than I could have ever imagined.
