I am an artist and recently returned to college to complete my degrees, BFA,  and MFA. I have taught and developed a high school studio arts program, “artgarage” and have taught drawing classes in medium and low-security prisons; I recently developed a jobs skills program teaching at a reentry program in Sharon, CT

I was nominated this year for an AICAD(Association of Independent Colleges of ART and Design) teaching fellowship. If received, I will start teaching for two years with one of the colleges that belong to this organization. I took some art therapy courses at SVA during undergrad and have always wanted to know more about it
