Biography

I’m an owner of 2 health food stores in northern Ontario and have a passion for natural health and healing. I have a love for energy healing and obtained a certification as a Reiki Master. Back in 2017.  I also completed  level 3 in Healing Touch and I’m just newly adding a 200HR YTT certification. I feel like I’m living my best life with 2 amazing children that are 19 yrs old (twins, boy/girl) a husband one can only dream of having and a career that fills my heart with joy each and every day!
