Dr. Aleksandra Ścibich-Kopiec (Aleks) – MBA, doctor of management, trainer and advisor with extensive experience in SME training and education, experienced manager with over 20 years of professional experience.

Since 2003 I have been involved in educational projects (from creation, planing, writing till implementation and evaluation). For 20 years, I have combined academic work with international business practice. I spent over 10 years as a lecturer at Kraków Universities. Since 2009, I have worked as a manager in private sector, involved in implementing training, advisory, and innovative projects financed by European Union funds as well as other public sources.

I have also taken on professional challenges in the public sector, including positions at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (2003-2004), the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (2016-2017), and the Future Industry Platform Foundation (2021).

Since 2018, I have pursued a professional path in the SME sector at Krakchemia S.A. (polish company) in Kraków. Initially, I managed the Chemicals and Reagents Department, followed by the Plastics and Films Department. In September 2018, I assumed the position of Commercial Director, overseeing strategic management, operational management of sales, procurement, and company development (2018-2023). Since 2023 started the position in Grupa Azoty Polyolefins (state company) as a member of management board responsible for sales of polypropylene.

Since 2021 I am a member of the Sectoral Council for Competencies in the Chemical Sector providing by West Pomeranian Cluster “Green Chemistry” in Szczecin. Since 2015 I founded my own Foundation: FERI – Foundation of Education, Development and Innovation (www.feri.org.pl).

My areas of interest include professional competencies, interpersonal relations, education (each sektor: youth, adults, vocational education, higher level education), project management, technological innovations, digital and ecological transformation, and financial controlling.

Finally I am a mum of three (2 boys and 1 girl): Andrew, Margaret, Alex. I am also owner of two Maincoons – Sabi and Loki.
