Hi, I’m Sam!

I’m a Penn State student pursuing a BA in Digital Journalism and Media with a minor in Geography. While I enjoy the degree I’m pursuing, I’ve always felt like something was missing. I had no idea what my career path would look like because I was so unsure of what direction it was taking me—that is until I found the Naturopathy Practitioner certification program.

As I’ve gotten older, I found interest in herbalism, holistic health and such things. Now that I’m actively pursuing a Naturopathy Practitioner certification in combination with my communications degree, I have a sense of what direction my career is heading, as if I’ve found my purpose in life.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy hiking, kayaking and just generally getting out into nature, as well as traveling, reading, writing, art and photography. I’m also a cat mom to my sweet girl, Everly.
