I discovered the world of Naturopathic and Holistic Health in the mid 90’s when living in Sedona, Arizona and quickly fell in love!  Loosing my parents and most of my family to heart disease at a young age, led me down a life-long path of inquiry and study of healing the body – mind body and spirit!  I am excited to share in the healing journey of other people as well on all levels!
