After years of struggling with degenerative bone and disc disease, fibromyalgia, arthritis, insulin resistance, hormone imbalance, anemia, and weight, I turned to Naturopathic medicine and discovered a path to healing that truly addressed the root cause of my health issues.

This experience ignited a deep passion within me, leading me to expand my knowledge in this field and ultimately become a Wholistic Health Coach.
