I am Dawna S. I live in CT, USA. I am a holistic life coach helping people reconnect with their authentic selves by acknowledging their conditioned selves and self saborteurs so they can free themselves from the false limitations they unconsciously operating from.

I am also a Caregiver Specialist helping the caregiver establish healthy boundaries, create a doing selfcare plan, identify their goals, access support and resources as they continue to care for their loved one.

I have 2 adult daughter and one younger daughter. I have 3 grand children 12, 11 and 5.
